摘要
随着信息技术、大数据及人工智能技术的产生,加工制造业也得到有效提升,数控技术在汽车加工中的运用不仅可以提高汽车机械的制造效率,而且在车企市场整体竞争中具有明显的竞争优势。加工制造技术与汽车模具制造联系是较为密切的,汽车模具制造是设备加工制造的基础。随着时代的发展,传统的机械制造技术已经远远不能满足于当代制造业的发展需求,而数控加工技术的产生极大提高了机械加工制造业的水平,减少了资金投入,并且保障了行业信息化技术的发展。在此基础上,文章全面分析了汽车模具数控加工技术的应用。
With the emergence of information technology,big data and artificial intelligence technology,the processing and manufacturing industry has also been effectively improved.The application of NC technology in automobile processing can not only improve the manufacturing efficiency of automobile machinery,but also have obvious competitive advantages in the overall competition of automobile enterprise market.Processing and manufacturing technology is closely related to automobile mold manufacturing,which is the basis of equipment processing and manufacturing.With the development of the times,the traditional mechanical manufacturing technology has been far from meeting the development needs of contemporary manufacturing industry,and the emergence of NC machining technology has greatly improved the level of mechanical processing manufacturing industry,reduced capital investment,and guaranteed the development of industry information technology.On this basis,this paper comprehensively analyzes the application of automobile die NC machining technology.
