本文介绍了一种燃气涡轮轴承座电极的制造工艺,通过对其结构和关键尺寸的深入分析与研究,从电极的焊接控制、矩形槽的加工、内外圆的磨削、电极的检测及电极的存储控制五个方面详细阐述了燃气涡轮轴承座电极的加工方法,以期为后续类似电极的加工制造提供可靠的借鉴。

This paper introduces a manufacturing process of gas turbine bearing pedestal electrode.Through in-depth analysis and Research on its structure and key dimensions,the machining method of gas turbine pedestal electrode is described in detail from five aspects:electrode welding control,rectangular groove machining,inner and outer circle grinding,electrode detection and electrode storage control,in order to provide a reliable reference for the processing and manufacturing of similar electrodes.
