摘要
DQ200干式双离合变速器作为DSG变速器家族的优秀代表之一,在结构和性能上的优势可圈可点。然而,作为一款7速干式双离合变速器,在换挡过程中存在顿挫、冲击等不平顺现象也确实存在。本文主要对DQ200变速器换挡不平顺故障进行分析与研究,研究结果对排除DQ200变速器换挡不平顺故障有十分重要的指导意义。
As one of the outstanding representatives of DSG transmission family,DQ200 dry dual-clutch transmission has remarkable advantages in structure and performance.However,as a 7-speed dry dual-clutch transmission,unevenness such as setbacks and shocks do exist in the shifting process.This article mainly analyzes and researches DQ200 transmission gear shifting irregularities.The research results have very important guiding significance for eliminating DQ200 transmission gear shifting irregularities.
