A Portable XRF Spectrometer Quickly Measures the Iron Elements in the Gearbox Oil

选取齿轮箱油作为样品,使用XRF建立的标准曲线进行Fe元素检测,将检测结果与国家标准GB/T 17476-1998(ICP法)进行数据统计和线性回归分析,确定校正系数,建立方法。使用F检验法和t检验法对本课题研究方法和国标GB/T 17476-1998两种方法检测结果的一致性进行检验,结果显示在Fe元素含量>30g/g时,两种方法间无显著性差异。

Select the gearbox oil as the sample,use the standard curve established by XRF for Fe element detection,conduct data statistics and linear regression analysis between the detection results and the national standard GB/T 17476-1998(ICP method),determine the correction coefficient and establish the method.F test and t test were used to test the consistency of the test results of the research method and the national standard GB/T 17476-1998.The results show that there is no significant difference between the two methods when the Fe content is greater than 30g/g.
