摘要
随着石油勘探地震资料处理、地质综合解释新技术的发展,带来了更大的数据量、更复杂的数学运算等问题,必须借助高性能计算机集群才能解决,而集群的利用率及耗电等对项目有重大的影响。笔者通过对现有开源监控软件进行探索,提出基于处理解释集群的整体CPU利用率监控方法,并针对集群做了监控性能优化,实现了充分利用集群资源、提高作业效率、节省成本等目标。
With the development of new technologies for seismic data processing and comprehensive geological interpretation of petroleum exploration,problems such as larger amount of data and more complex mathematical operations have been brought,which can only be solved with the help of high-performance computer clusters.The utilization rate and power consumption of clusters have a significant impact on the economy of the project.By exploring the existing open source monitoring software,the author puts forward the overall CPU utilization monitoring method based on processing and interpretation cluster,and optimizes the monitoring performance for the cluster,so as to achieve the objectives of making full use of cluster resources,improving operation efficiency and saving cost.
