摘要
针对耗材管理中存在的缺货或超额使用等问题,从实验机房收集的历史使用数据来预测使用情况。一方面,提出实验机房耗材管理与需求决策支持系统设计的方法与程序,包括订货审核、验收认证管理、库存管理、出库管理、再入库以及提供各种使用报告等;另一方面,提出了增减型和平稳性耗材需求预测模型及应用公式,并使用二次指数平滑法预测增量和减量类型耗材的消耗量。实验结果表明,对于增减型耗材,α值为0.4~0.7时误差最小。对于平稳性耗材,不同实验机房、不同人群的每种耗材显示出不同的消耗时间和风格。
Aiming at problems such as shortage or over-use in the management of consumables,historical usage data collected from the experimental computer room can be used to predict usage.On the one hand,it proposes methods and procedures for the design of consumables management and demand decision support system for the experimental computer room,including order review,acceptance and certification management,inventory management,outbound management,re-stocking,and various usage reports;on the other hand,it proposes The demand forecast model and application formulas for increasing and decreasing consumables are developed,and the quadratic exponential smoothing method is used to predict the consumption of increasing and decreasing consumables.The experimental results show that for the increase and decrease consumables,the error is the smallest when the value is between 0.4 and 0.7.Regarding stability consumables,each consumable of different laboratory rooms and different groups of people shows different consumption time and styles.
