摘要
现有的印刷企业车间生产流程在各工序中的空闲时间较长,为减小工序空闲率,本文基于云计算技术设计印刷企业在车间生产流程的优化方法。提取车间生产时序特征,建立印刷企业车间生产函数模型,设置目标函数与约束条件。此外,分别利用本文算法、改进共生优化算法、遗传算法计算单色简装书、彩色简装书、单色精装书以及彩色精装书在生产过程中各工序的空闲率。实验结果表明,本文方法在各工序中的空闲率最小,生产流程的优化程度最高。
The existing printing enterprise workshop production process has a long idle time in each process.In order to reduce the process idle rate,this paper designs the optimization method of printing enterprise workshop production process based on cloud computing technology.The characteristics of workshop production time series are extracted,the workshop production function model of printing enterprise is established,and the objective function and constraint conditions are set.Finally,the vacancy rates of monochrome paperback,color paperback,monochrome hardcover and color hardcover in the production process are calculated by using this method,improved symbiotic optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm.The experimental results show that the idle rate of this method in each process is the smallest and the optimization degree of production process is the highest.
