本文介绍了目前国外传输速率56Gbps的高速背板连接器情况,对56G高速背板连接器设计方面需要考虑的关键点进行分析,主要包括连接器设计、零件工艺设计和PCB开孔设计,最后根据设计要点进行了产品实物开发和测试验证,测试结果满足指标要求,证明设计的合理性,同时为后续同类高速背板连接器的开发提供参考和借鉴。

Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of 56G high speed backplane connector with a foreign space.Secondly,the key points in the design process are pointed out,they include connector design,parts design and PCB design.Finally,one kind of 56G high-speed backplane connector is developed according to these design points,it is proved reasonable and satisfied through the experiment test results,at the same time,it provides a reference for subsequent development of domestic high speed backplane connectors.
