Research on Resource Acquisition Mechanismand Behavioral skills of Serial Entrepreneurs

连续创业者是创业大军的主力,研究其创业活动有利于揭示创业行为的本质特征,分析创业能力形成过程。资源匮乏是初创企业的新生劣势,研究资源获取行为有助于创业者提升资源获取能力,从而促进创业企业发展。以连续创业者的创业经历为研究对象,采用扎根理论研究方法,并利用Nvivo11对访谈资料进行编码,构建连续创业者再创业过程中资源获取模型。结果发现,资源获取贯穿于连续创业者再创业机会识别、项目启动、项目实施全过程,获取途径主要有创业网络(人脉)、创业者行为技能、创业学习行为、创业资源沉淀以及市场机制和政府政策性机制等。

Serial entrepreneurs are the main group in the entrepreneurial army.Studying them can better reveal the essential characteristics of entrepreneurial activities and behaviors,and is more conducive to the analysis of the formation process of entrepreneurial capabilities.Lack of resources is one of the new disadvantages of start-ups.Research on resource acquisition behavior can help entrepreneurs improve their ability to acquire resources,thereby promoting the development of start-ups.Taking the entrepreneurial experience of serial entrepreneurs as the research object,using qualitative research grounded theory research methods,and using Nvivo11 to encode interview data,construct a resource acquisition model for serial entrepreneurs in the process of re-enterprise.The study found that resource acquisition runs through the entire process of continuous entrepreneurs're-entrepreneurial opportunity identification,project initiation,and project implementation.The main ways to acquire resources are entrepreneurial networks(personal connections),entrepreneurial behavioral skills,entrepreneurial learning behavior,entrepreneurial resource precipitation,market mechanisms,and government policy mechanisms and other methods.
