摘要
2020年新冠肺炎疫情爆发使得移动医疗行业快速升温,在传统的医疗服务中,医患信任本就是敏感的一环,为明确移动医疗App的使用对用户医患信任的作用机制,本文建构了一个中介模型,重点考察了线上社会资本在二者关系中的中介作用.研究发现,一方面,积极持续地使用移动医疗App有利于患者建构双向性的人际关系与互助性的社交网络,通过这种方式获取线上社会资本,通过社会资本的中介作用来影响医患信任.另一方面,医患信任的重建要结合线上与线下因素综合考量,构建一个线上信任环境,改善医患关系紧张的线下环境,双管齐下,有针对性地提高患者的信任水平,真正提升医患信任度.
The outbreak of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia in 2020 has made Internet healthcare once again prevail.Doctor-patient trust is a sensitive part in traditional medical services.In order to clarify the mechanism of the use of mobile medical App on user's doctor-patient trust,this article constructs an intermediary model focused on the intermediary role of online social capital between the two.The study found that,on the one hand,the active and continuous use of mobile medical Apps is conducive to the construction of two-way interpersonal relationships and mutual assistance social networks for patients,through which online social capital is obtained,and the intermediary effect of social capital affects doctor-patient trust.On the other hand,It is necessary to combine the online and offline factors to build an online trust environment,improve the offline environment in which doctors and patients have a tense trust relationship,and adopt a two-pronged approach to increase patient trust.Only in this way can the doctor-patient trust be truly enhanced.
