摘要
为提高竹展平板的利用率,将竹展平板与杉木板按照顺纤维方向和垂直纤维方向粘合制成复合板材,通过尺寸稳定性和三点弯曲试验,研究竹/杉复合板材的性能。结果表明:顺固定竹复合板竹侧恢复率为0.45%,杉侧恢复率为0.37%,矢高变化0.3 mm;在顺复合板长度为纤维方向时,竹面最大载荷1.75 kN、挠度为7.00 mm,杉面最大载荷1.03 kN、挠度为23.73 mm;垂直复合板长度为竹板纤维垂直方向时,竹面最大载荷1.70 kN、挠度为6.40 mm;杉面最大载荷0.97 kN、挠度为6.40 mm。通过竹木复合方式制得的复合板材形状稳定、性能高。
In order to improve the utilization rate of flat bamboo panel,the flat bamboo panel and fir panel were bonded into composite materials along the fiber direction and vertical to the fiber direction,and through the dimensional stability test and the three-point bending test,the performance of the bamboo/fir composite material was studied.The results showed that:the bamboo-side recovery rate of the along-fiber fixed bamboo composite material is 0.45%,the fir-side recovery rate is 0.37%,the height change is 0.3 mm;when the length of the alongfiber composite material was parallel to the fiber direction,the maximum breaking load of the bamboo surface was 1.75 kN,the deflection was 7.00 mm,and the maximum breaking load of the fir surface was 1.03 kN,the deflection was 23.73 mm;when the length of the vertical-fiber composite material was vertical to the fiber direction,the maximum breaking load of the bamboo surface was 1.70 kN,the deflection was 6.40 mm,and the maximum breaking load of the fir surface was 0.97 kN,the deflection was 6.40 mm.The composite materials with stable shape and high performance were obtained by means of bamboo and wood composite.
