摘要 随着高校后勤社会化改革的深入,人力资源管理在后勤发展中的地位和作用越来越重要。针对后勤部门目前存在的员工进取意识淡薄、人员构成多元、队伍呈现老龄化、劳动用工不够规范、技管人员严重不足、管理体制缺乏活力等问题,需要从革新管理理念、优化管理体系、完善激励机制、加强教育培训等方面综合施治,不断提高高校后勤服务质量和综合效益。 With the deepening of the socialization reform of logistics in colleges and universities,the position and role of human resource management in the development of logistics is becoming more and more important. In view of the problems in the logistics department,such as weak enterprising consciousness of employees,diversified personnel composition,aging of teams,less standardized labor and employment,serious shortage of technical management personnel and insufficient vitality of management system. Comprehensive measures should be taken from the aspects of innovation of management concept,optimization of management system,improvement of incentive mechanism,strengthening of education and training and etc.. These measures are means to improve the service quality of logistics and yield comprehensive benefits in colleges and universities in succession.
