高校网络学历继续教育的新时代德育之思考

Reflections on Moral Education in the New Era of Continuing Education of Online Degrees in Colleges and Universities

高校网络学历继续教育的对象以在职成人为主,“立德树人”是其根本任务。德育是实现“立德树人”的主要途径。由于网络教育自身的特点,其德育实施不仅是全面贯彻党和国家重要方针政策的要求,更是保障学生个体全面发展,保证学习效果,最终实现网络教育质量提升的要求,当然,其实施也面临诸多挑战。网络教育的德育应“以学生为中心”树立符合新时代要求的德育意识,并在数字校园和德育阵地建设,强化“三全育人”,设立符合成人学生需求的德育先导课程,提升思政课程和课程思政建设水平,改进学生德育评价等方面进行大胆探索。

Although most of the learners of online continuing education in colleges and universities are employed adults,the fundamental task of the online continuing education is still to cultivate students by virtue.Moral education is the main way to pursue this goal.Due to the characteristics of online education itself,moral education is not only the requirement of implementing principles and policies of the Party and the country,but also the requirement of guaranteeing the comprehensive development of students,ensuring the learning effect and finally realizing the improvement of the quality of network education.Of course,its implementation also faces many challenges.As for online education,moral education should also be“student-centered”and moral consciousness should be set up to meet the requirements of the new era.Some measures are worth to try in the aspects as establishing digital campus,strengthening the“three complete education”,setting up a pilot curriculum of moral education in line with the demand of adult students,promoting the quality of ideological and political courses and improving the students’evaluation on moral education.
