摘要
师范生作为学生和未来的教师,在学习和实践中既需要提升学生素养,又需要培养将来作为教师的素养。为达到新时代高质量教育体系建设对教师提出的高标准,解决师范教育存在的问题,引导师范生培养符合教师职业认证标准的核心素养迫在眉睫。师范生核心素养培养需要充分发挥政府、学校、社会三方的联动作用,构建符合师范生核心素养的课程体系,使师范生更好地发展成教师后备军,提升教师队伍质量。
Normal school students are both students and future teachers.The role of students and teachers requires that they not only need to improve the qualities of students in the process of learning and practice,but also need to cultivate the qualities of teachers in the future.In order to achieve the high standards set for teachers by the construction of a high-quality education system in the new era,solve the problems of teacher education,it is urgent to guide normal students to cultivate core qualities that meet the standards of teacher professional certification.The cultivation of the core literacy of normal students requires universities to give full play to the interaction of the government,schools,and society,build a curriculum system that meets the core literacy of normal students,promote the better development of normal students into teacher reserve forces,and improve the quality of the teaching team in an all-round way.
