摘要
目的分析急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者血栓素B2(TXB2)、S100A12及Cc16蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法将2019年1月—2020年3月收治的ARDS 73例作为观察组,根据病情分为轻度组16例、中度组29例、重度组28例。另选取同期健康体检志愿者66例作为对照组。对比不同人群TXB2、S100A12及Cc16蛋白表达水平,并分析影响ARDS预后的危险因素。结果观察组TXB2、S100A12及Cc16蛋白表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。TXB2、S100A12及Cc16蛋白表达水平重度组高于轻度和中度组,且中度组高于轻度组(P<0.05)。动脉氧分压/吸入氧浓度<200 mmHg、急性生理学和慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ评分≥20分、TXB2、S100A12、Cc16升高是导致ARDS预后不良的独立危险因素(P<0.01)。结论TXB2、S100A12及Cc16蛋白在ARDS患者中均高表达,与患者病情严重程度关系密切,且是影响预后的独立危险因素。
Objective To analyze expressions and clinical significances of thromboxane B2(TXB2),S100A12 and Cc16 proteins in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods A total of 73 ARDS patients admitted between January 2019 and March 2020 were selected as observation group,and the patients were divided into the mild subgroup(n=16),moderate subgroup(n=29)and severe subgroup(n=28)according to patients'conditions.In addition,other 66 volunteers who had undergone physical examinations at the same period were selected as control group.Expressions of TXB2,S100A12 and Cc16 proteins in different groups were compared,and risk factors affecting prognoses of ARDS were analyzed.Results Expressions of TXB2,S100A12 and Cc16 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Expressions of TXB2,S100A12 and Cc16 in severe subgroup were significantly higher than those in mild and moderate subgroups,and the expressions in moderate subgroup were significantly higher than those in mild subgroup(P<0.05).PaO2/FiO2(arterial oxygen tension/fractional concentration of inspired oxygen)less than 200 mmHg,acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHEⅡ)score equal or more than 20 points,increased expressions of TXB2,S100A12 and Cc16 were independent risk factors for poor prognoses of ARDS patients(P<0.01).Conclusion TXB2,S100A12 and Cc16 proteins are all highly expressed in ARDS patients,which are closely related to the severity of patients'conditions,and they are independent risk factors of prognoses.
