外周血CXCR3、CCR4基因表达与自身免疫性肝病的关系及对免疫应答水平的影响 被引量:4

Correlations between Gene Expressions of Peripheral Blood CXCR3 and CCR4 with Autoimmune Liver Diseases and Their Effects on Immune Response Level

摘要 目的探究外周血CXC亚族趋化因子受体3(CXCR3)、CC趋化因子受体4(CCR4)基因表达与自身免疫性肝病(ALDS)的关系及对免疫应答水平的影响。方法将2019年6月—2021年1月收治的ALDS 46例作为研究组,选择同期收治的病毒性肝炎30例为对照组。比较2组外周血CXCR3、CCR4基因表达水平、肝功能指标、免疫应答指标水平,评估外周血CXCR3、CCR4基因表达、肝功能指标对ALDS的诊断效能,分析研究组外周血CXCR3、CCR4基因表达水平与免疫应答指标的相关性。结果研究组外周血CXCR3、CCR4基因表达水平及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、白蛋白(Alb)、总胆红素(TBIL)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-17、IL-22水平均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。外周血CXCR3、CCR4基因表达、肝功能指标对ALDS的诊断效能较高(P<0.05)。研究组外周血CXCR3、CCR4基因表达水平与IL-2、IL-17、IL-22水平均呈正相关(r=0.615、0.532、0.496,P<0.05;r=0.553、0.569、0.508,P<0.05)。结论外周血CXCR3、CCR4基因表达水平与ALDS存在一定联系,ALDS患者机体免疫应答水平受外周血CXCR3、CCR4基因表达水平的影响。 Objective To explore correlations between gene expressions of peripheral blood CXC chemokine receptor 3(CXCR3)and CC chemokine receptor 4(CCR4)with autoimmune liver diseases(ALDS)and their effects on immune response level.Methods A total of 46 patients with ALDS admitted between June 2019 and January 2021 were enrolled as research group,and other 30 patients with viral hepatitis admitted at the same period were selected as control group.Gene expressions of peripheral blood CXCR3 and CCR4,liver function indicators and immune response indicators were compared between two groups.The diagnostic efficacies of gene expressions of peripheral blood CXCR3 and CCR4,and liver function indicators on ALDS were evaluated,and correlations between gene expressions of peripheral blood CXCR3 and CCR4 with immune response indicators of subjects were analyzed in research group.Results Gene expressions of CXCR3 and CCR4 and levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),albumin(ALB),total bilirubin(TBIL),interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-17 and IL-22 in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Gene expressions of CXCR3 and CCR4 in peripheral blood and liver function indexes were more effective in diagnosis of ALDS(P<0.05).Gene expressions of CXCR3 and CCR4 in peripheral blood were positively correlated with levels of IL-2,IL-17 and IL-22 in research group(r=0.615,0.532 and 0.496,P<0.05;r=0.553,0.569 and 0.508,P<0.05).Conclusion Gene expressions of CXCR3 and CCR4 in peripheral blood are related to ALDS.The immune response levels are affected by gene expressions of CXCR3 and CCR4 in peripheral blood of ALDS patients.
