图书馆深层次学科情报服务理论与实践研究——基于财经高校图书馆的调查分析

Research on the Theory and Practice of Profound Subject Information Service of University Libraries :Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Library of Finance and Economics Universities

深层次学科情报信息服务能够为学科发展、科学研究、人才评价、管理决策等提供有力支撑,是高校图书馆服务转型与深化发展的重要趋势。通过对国内财经院校图书馆开展的深层次学科情报服务进行调查分析,采用文献研究和网络调查法等方法,在全面收集相关资料的基础上阐述了财经高校图书馆开展深层次学科情报服务所呈现的特点,重点从分析工具、依托数据库及服务内容等方面分析了财经院校图书馆开展学科情报服务的现状。调研发现,大部分财经高校图书馆正在积极开展深层次学科情报服务,但整体上仍处于初步探索阶段。图书馆应进一步转变服务理念和服务模式,在业务流程、人员配备、经费保障和宣传推广上加大投入,打造深层次学科情报服务品牌,为学校科学决策提供强有力的支撑。

Profound subject information service is able to provides strong support to the school discipline development,scientific research, talent evaluation and management decision-making, and it is an important trend of university library service transformation and deepening development. After the survey of profound subject information service provided by universities of finance and economics, through the method of literature research and web survey, the characteristics of profound subject information service provided by universities of finance and economics is discussed based on comprehensive information collection. The present situation is critically analyzed from analyzing tools, databased used and service content. It is found that most libraries of finance and economics universities are actively carrying out subject information service, but on the whole, it is still in the preliminary exploration stage. The library should further change the service concept and service mode, increase the investment in the business process, personnel allocation, fund guarantee and promotion,build the brand profound subject information service, and provide strong support for the scientific decisionmaking of universities.
