网络环境下用户信息偶遇行为的调查研究

Investigation and Research on User’s Information Encounter Behavior in the Network Environment

基于已有文献提取出用户信息偶遇的过程模型和影响因素,以网络环境下的"90后"青年用户为研究对象,通过网络问卷收集相关数据,探讨信息偶遇的影响因素并解析其行为过程模型。在影响因素方面分为用户、信息素养和平台三个层面,在行为过程方面分为信息偶遇的前序、过程、后序三个阶段。用户在不同阶段受到因素影响后会呈现出不同的行为模式及行为结果。

Based on the existing literature, the process model and relevant influential factors of user information encounter are extracted, this paper takes the young generation of"post-90 s"as an example, through the network questionnaire, discusses the influencing factors of information encounter and analysis the behavior process model. In the aspect of influencing factors, there are three levels: user, information literacy and platform. In the aspect of behavior process, users experience three stages: preorder, during and post-order of information encounter. Users will present different behavior patterns and results at different stages with factors.
