基于PERMA模式的心理护理对肺癌化疗患者的干预效果

Intervention effect of psychological nursing based on PERMA model on patients with lung cancer chemotherapy

目的探讨基于PERMA模式的心理护理对肺癌化疗患者的干预效果。方法选择2019—2021年在中国人民解放军空军军医大学第二附属医院接受化疗的178例肺癌患者纳入研究,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组89例,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合基于PERMA模式的心理护理,两组均持续干预3个月。比较两组患者干预前、干预3个月后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、Herth希望量表、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织(EORTC)生活质量核心30(QLQ-C30)评分的变化及对护理的满意度。结果干预后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分分别为(47.23±5.11)分、(45.17±4.85)分,明显低于对照组的(52.06±6.12)分、(50.43±5.63)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者Herth希望量表中的积极态度、积极行动、亲密关系评分及总分分别为(14.06±1.48)分、(13.22±1.63)分、(13.86±1.57)分、(41.14±3.28)分,明显高于对照组的(11.53±1.55)分、(11.01±1.46)分、(12.14±1.49)分、(34.68±3.51)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者EORTC QLQ-C30评分中的功能、总体健康评分分别为(71.05±5.86)分、(56.41±5.06)分,明显高于对照组的(64.18±6.03)分、(48.53±4.82)分,症状、特异性评分分别为(27.66±3.12)分、(23.54±2.63)分,明显低于对照组的(29.14±2.87)分、(25.11±3.24)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为91.01%,明显高于对照组的7.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PERMA模式的心理护理对肺癌化疗患者的干预效果明显,可有效改善患者负面情绪及生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the intervention effect of psychological nursing based on PERMA model on patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 178 lung cancer patients,who received chemotherapy at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University of Chinese People’s Liberation Army from 2019 to2021,were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 89 patients in each group.Patients in the contral group were given routine nursing intervention,and those in the observation group were combined with psychological nursing based on PERMA model on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 3 months in both groups.The changes of Self-Rated Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rated Depression Scale(SDS),Herth Hope Scale,European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer(EORTC)Quality of Life Core 30(QLQ-C30)scores before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction after3 months were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were(47.23±5.11)points and(45.17±4.85)points,which were significantly lower than corresponding(52.06±6.12)points and(50.43±5.63)points of the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,positive attitude,positive action,intimate relationship score,and total score of Herth Hope Scale in the observation group were(14.06±1.48)points,(13.22±1.63)points,(13.86±1.57)points,(41.14±3.28)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than corresponding(11.53±1.55)points,(11.01±1.46)points,(12.14±1.49)points,(34.68±3.51)points of the control group(all P<0.05);after intervention,the functional and overall health scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 scores in the observation group were(71.05±5.86)points and(56.41±5.06)points,which were significantly higher than corresponding(64.18±6.03)points and(48.53±4.82)points of the control group;the symptom and specificity scores were(27.66±3.12)points and(23.54±2.63)points,which were significantly lower than corresponding(29.14±2.87)points and(25.11±3.24)points of control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 91.01%,which was significantly higher than 7.53%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on PERMA model have obvious intervention effect on patients with lung cancer chemotherapy,and can effectively improve patients’negative emotions and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
