摘要
采用熔融共混工艺,通过向醋酸纤维素酯(CDA)中引入醋酸丁酸纤维素酯(CAB)和增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)对CDA进行增塑改性,对制备的样品进行热性能及流变性能测试分析。研究了不同共混比例、温度、剪切速率等对纤维素酯共混体系流变性能的影响。结果表明,在CAB/CDA共混比例为80/5,增塑剂添加量为25%时,共混材料的综合性能最佳。
Cellulose acetate butyrate(CAB)and the plasticizer tributyl citrate(TBC)were introduced into cellulose acetate(CDA)by melt blending process.The thermal and rheological properties of the prepared samples were tested and analyzed.The effects of dif-ferent blending ratios,temperature and shear rate on the rheological property of the cellulose ester blend system were investigated.The results showed that when the CA B/CDA blending ratio was 80/5 and the plasticizer addition was 25%,the overall performance of the blended material was the greatest.
