摘要
介绍了一种具有超高耐蚀性的氯化钾镀镉防护层的制备工艺,包括在金属基体上从内到外依次制备氯化钾镀镉层、铬酸盐低铬彩色钝化层和羟基石墨烯封闭层。在钢铁件上制备的这种防护层在中性盐雾试验中20160 h无白锈生成,27000 h无红锈生成。这为解决金属在热带海洋环境中的强腐蚀问题提供了新的解决方案。
A novel process for preparing protective coatings with ultrahigh corrosion resistance based on potassium chloride cadmium electroplating was introduced.A cadmium layer,a low-chromium iridescent chromating layer,and a hydroxylated graphene sealing layer are formed successively on metal substrate.The protective layers prepared on steel parts are able to endure 20160 hours without the formation of white rust and even 27000 hours without the formation of red rust in neutral salt spray test.The process is a new solution to the problem of strong corrosion of metals in tropical ocean environment.
