铝箔磷酸系化成废水处理污泥危险特性及鉴别要点 被引量:1

Hazardous characteristics of the sludge from treatment of wastewater produced by phosphoric acid-based chemical conversion of aluminum foil and key points for its identification

摘要 针对《国家危险废物名录》(2021年版)实施后铝箔非硼酸系化成废水处理污泥的危险特性不明、处置难等问题,以国内某典型电容器用铝箔生产企业的磷酸系化成废水处理污泥为研究对象,通过采集8个样品进行元素种类和相关危险特性测试,得出铝箔磷酸系化成废水处理污泥不具有危险废物鉴别标准规定的危险特性的结论,并提出污泥类固体废物危险特性鉴别需关注的要点。该结论有助于磷酸系化成废水处理污泥的危险特性判断和环境监管,也为污泥类固体废物危险特性的鉴别工作提供技术指导。 Aiming at the uncertainty of hazardous characteristics of the sludge produced from the wastewater treatment for non-boric acid-based chemical conversion of aluminum foils after the implementation of the National Directory of Hazardous Wastes(2021 edition)and the disposal difficulty of the sludge,the elemental composition and hazardous characteristics of a phosphoric acid-based chemical conversion wastewater treatment sludge produced by a typical domestic capacitor aluminum foil manufacturer were analyzed and tested with eight collected samples.It is concluded that the sludge does not have the hazardous characteristics specified by related hazardous waste identification standards.Some key points for identifying the hazardous characteristics of the sludge-like solid waste were proposed.This paper is helpful to judge the hazardous characteristics of phosphoric acid-based wastewater treatment sludge and environmental supervision,and also provides technical guidance for the identification of hazardous characteristics of sludge-like solid waste.
