摘要
番茄是一种世界性蔬菜,BZR基因在植物生长发育中发挥重要作用,但目前有关番茄BZR基因响应非生物胁迫研究较少。为更好研究BZR基因在番茄中分布与功能,研究共鉴定9个SlBZR基因家族成员,并利用生物信息学技术分析其基本信息、保守基序、染色体定位、系统进化、顺式作用元件及非生物胁迫下表达模式。结果表明,9个SlBZR基因成员分布在番茄8条染色体上。qRT-PCR分析表明,SlBZR基因在植物逆境或激素响应方面具有重要作用。SlBZR3和SlBZR8在非生物胁迫中明显上调表达,说明其可能在番茄响应非生物胁迫中发挥重要作用。研究为进一步探索番茄BZR基因功能提供理论依据。
Tomato is a worldwide vegetable,and BZR genes play an important role in plant growth and development,but there are few studies on tomato BZR genes response to abiotic stress.In order to better study the BZR genes in the distribution and function in tomato.In this study,a total of nine SlBZR genes were identified in tomato by using bioinformatics analysis,and the basic information,conserved motifs,chromosomal location,system evolution,cis-elements and the expression patterns under abiotic stress were analyzed.The results showed that nine SlBZR members were distributed on eight chromosomes of tomato.qRT-PCR analysis showed that tomato BZR genes played an important role in plant stress response or hormone response.SlBZR3 and SlBZR8 were significantly up-regulate under abiotic stress,suggesting that they might play an important role in tomato response to abiotic stress.This study provided a theoretical basis for further exploring the function of tomato BZR genes.
