摘要
有色金属尾矿治理技术是解决我国大量的有色金属尾矿库堆积,造成环境污染问题的主要技术手段,也是行业内的研究热点之一。本文通过专利分析以及TRIZ理论,对有色金属尾矿治理技术的相关专利进行了深度剖析,并且探明了该领域的技术进化路线。研究结果表明:全球的有色金属尾矿治理技术即将迎来成熟期;有色金属尾矿治理技术的研究热点为尾矿再选技术、尾矿制备建筑材料;微细粒尾矿再选技术、尾矿再选药剂以及尾矿制备新型材料是未来该领域的技术进化方向;我国在该领域已经占据领先优势,但是专利的国际布局意识相对薄弱。分析结果旨在为我国企业以及科研机构的科技研发和专利布局提供决策参考,进而推动我国在该领域掌握科技创新制高点。
The treatment technology of nonferrous metal tailings is the main technical means to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the accumulation of a large number of nonferrous metal tailings in China,and it is also one of the research hotspots in the industry.Through patent analysis and TRIZ theory,this paper deeply analyzes the relevant patents of nonferrous metal tailings treatment technology,and explores the technological evolution route in this field.The results show that the treatment technology of nonferrous metal tailings in the world is about to mature;the research hotspots of nonferrous metal tailings treatment technology are tailings re concentration technology and tailings preparation of building materials;the technology evolution direction of this field in the future is the re concentration technology of fine tailings,the re concentration reagent of tailings and the preparation of new materials from tailings;China has taken the lead in this field,but the awareness of international layout of patents is relatively weak.The analysis results aim to provide decision-making reference for scientific and technological R&D and patent layout of Chinese enterprises and scientific research institutions,so as to promote China to grasp the commanding heights of scientific and technological innovation in this field.
