科学技术越来越成为推动经济社会发展的主要力量,创新驱动是大势所趋。河南创新能力显著提升,创新支撑体系日益完善,创新主体活力竞相迸发,创新协同效应不断凸显,具备了打造国家创新高地的基本条件。通过数据比较分析,发现河南建设国家创新高地面临一些弱项。要通过提升认识水平、加大资金投入、夯实人才支撑和深化机制改革,多措并举,促进国家创新高地宏伟目标转化为现实。

Science and technology are increasingly becoming the main force to promote economic and social development,and innovation-driven is the general trend.Henan's innovation capacity has been significantly improved,the innovation support system has been increasingly perfected,the vitality of innovation subjects has been bursting out,and the synergistic effect of innovation has been highlighted,so it has the basic conditions to build a national innovation highland.Through data comparison and analysis,it is found that there are some weaknesses in Henan's construction of national innovation highlands.We should take various measures to promote the transformation of the grand goal of national innovation highland into reality by raising the level of understanding,increasing capital investment,consolidating talent support and deepening mechanism reform.
