摘要
目前纯净的TiCl_(4)主要是通过氯化法沸腾氯化炉进行生产,通过输送管线喷淋对TiCl_(4)气体的快速冷却,配合旋风分离器可有效地分离TiCl_(4)气体中的FeCl_(2)、FeCl_(3)、MnCl_(2)等金属氯化物。但是生产过程中“输气管线”经常因大量的金属氯化物聚集而发生堵塞情况。因此,合理设计“输气管线”结构,可有效延长管线被金属氯化物堵塞的周期,提高氯化装置通车率。
At present,pure TiCl_(4) is mainly produced by boiling chlorination furnace by chlorination method,and the rapid cooling of TiCl_(4) gas by spraying on the transmission pipeline,together with cyclone separator,can effectively separate FeCl_(2),FeCl_(3),MnCl_(2) and other metal chlorides in TiCl_(4) gas.However,the"gas pipeline"is often blocked due to the large amount of metal chlorides gathered during the production process.Therefore,the reasonable design of the"gas transmission line"structure can effectively extend the blockage cycle of the line by metal chlorides and improve the commissioning rate of the chlorination plant.
