摘要 设计了一个关于客车的超载检测的系统,是基于拥有逻辑运算的微型单片机而进行的,通过管理人员对乘客人数的上限值进行手动设定,能够方便地控制乘客人数。本系统利用光电式开关、反射式红外传感器、方向识别电路、报警电路、锁定电路方面来展开设计,可以将准确的车内乘客人数通过LED显示屏实时的显示。当系统判定实时乘客人数大于预设乘客人数时,进行声光报警,此时系统发出信号,从而使继电器动作,切断客车的电子点火装置,达到锁定客车运行的目的。当声光报警解除时,表示客车当前超载现象解除,继电器对客车的锁定也随之解除,此时的客车将可以进行正常操作。 This paper designs a system for passenger car overload detection,which is based on a miniature single-chip microcomputer with logic operations.The upper limit of the number of passengers can be manually set by the manager,which can conveniently control the number of passengers on board.The system uses photoelectric switches,reflective infrared sensors,direction recognition circuits,alarm circuits,and locking circuits to develop the design,and can display the accurate number of passengers in the car in real time through the LED display.When the system determines that the number of real-time passengers is bigger than the preset number,the alarm will be triggered.At this time,the system will send out a signal to activate the relay and cut off the electronic ignition device of the car to achieve the purpose of locking the operation of the car.When the alarm is released,it means that the current overloading of the car is removed,and the locking of the relay on the car is also released,and the car can be operated normally at this time.
