摘要
为了使电泵工况监测系统能够更好地在恶劣环境下工作,减少信号的漂移和衰减,提高监测参数的精度,故采用数字传输方式,利用调制电路将各监测参数转化成编码的电流信号,沿着机组的动力电缆传送至地面系统,再由地面系统对信号进行解调、处理、显示和存储。经现场应用表明,该系统可以满足电泵工况监测的需求。
In order to make the electric pump working condition monitoring system work better under the harsh environment,reduce the signal drift and attenuation,and improve the accuracy of the monitoring parameters,a digital transmission mode is used to convert each monitoring parameter into a coded current signal using a modulation circuit,and transmit it to the ground system along the power cable of the unit,and then the ground system will demodulate,process,display and store the signal.The field application shows that the system can meet the demand of electric pump working condition monitoring.
