首钢京唐公司高炉冲渣水换热自动化系统优化改造

摘要 首钢京唐公司二期项目投产后存在诸多热源不能充分利用的情况,利用现在流行的直热机技术,新建高炉冲渣换热站2座,同时替换原有的蒸汽换热站1座和临时性换热站1座。对于新建的4座换热站,进行了集中操作监控,优化控制系统联动的改造,契合了高炉的生产节奏,达到了良好的应用效果。 After the second phase project of Shougang Jingtang company was put into operation,many heat sources could not be fully utilized.By using the current popular direct heat engine technology,two blast furnace slag flushing heat exchange stations were built,and one original steam heat exchange station and one temporary heat exchange station were replaced.For the four new heat exchange stations,centralized operation monitoring and optimization of control system linkage were carried out,which fit the production rhythm of blast furnace and achieved the application effect.
