养阴通痹解痉汤联合芒针针刺治疗脑梗死后肢体痉挛临床观察

目的:观察养阴通痹解痉汤联合芒针针刺治疗脑梗死后肢体痉挛的效果。方法:78例用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各39例。两组均给予常规治疗,并用养阴通痹解痉汤,观察组加用芒针针刺治疗。结果:治疗2个月后,两组简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评测法(FMA)中上肢、下肢运动功能评分均上升,且观察组上升更多(P<0.05);两组日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分均上升,且观察组上升更多(P<0.05)。结论:养阴通痹解痉汤联合芒针针刺治疗脑梗死后肢体痉挛效果较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of Yangyin Tongbi Jiejing Decoction combined with acupuncture on limb spasm after cerebral infarction.Methods:Seventy-eight cases were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,combined with Yangyin Tongbi Jiejing Decoction,and the observation group were treated with awn needle acupuncture in addition.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the upper and lower limb motor function scores in the two groups of simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation method(FMA)increased,and the observation group increased more(P<0.05).The activities of daily living in the two groups Scale(ADL)scores all increased,and the observation group increased more(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangyin Tongbi Jiejing Decoction combined with awn needle acupuncture is effective in treating limb spasm after cerebral infarction.
