针刺结合关节运动学技术治疗颈型颈椎病疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Arthrokinematic Approach(aka)in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy

目的:观察针刺结合关节运动学(AKA)技术治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,治疗组用电针刺结合AKA技术治疗,对照组用西药治疗。结果:治疗后两组颈椎活动度和VAS评分均改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合AKA技术治疗颈型颈椎病见效快且疗效好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with articular kinesiology(AKA)technique in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cervical type.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture combined with AKA technique while the control group were treated with western medicine.Results:After treatment,the cervical spine range of motion and VAS scores were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with AKA technique is effective in treating cervical spondylosis of cervical type quickly and well.
