中医综合疗法治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床研究

A Clinical Study on Conprhensive Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures

目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效。方法:200例采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。治疗组用中医综合疗法治疗,即夹脊电针、中药封包以及中药制剂。对照组用鲑降钙素、钙尔奇D片以及骨折治疗仪治疗。结果:治疗后及治疗后3个月VAS评分、ODI评分比较治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折可改善疼痛及功能障碍程度,疗效更好且安全。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of comprehensive Chinese medicine treatment on osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods: A total of 200 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 100 cases in each group, by random number table method. The treatment group were treated with comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine therapy, namely Jiaji electroacupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine package and traditional Chinese medicine preparations while the control group were treated with salmon calcitonin, Calci D tablets and fracture treatment instrument. Results: After treatment and 3 months after treatment, the VAS score and ODI score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Three months after treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive Chinese medicine therapy can improve the degree of pain and dysfunction, with better curative effect and safety in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures.
