定神解郁颗粒联合黛力新治疗缺血性卒中后抑郁临床观察

目的:观察定神解郁颗粒联合黛力新治疗缺血性卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法:70例随机分为两组各35例,两组均给予黛力新治疗,研究组加用定神解郁颗粒。两组疗程均为4周。结果:治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:定神解郁颗粒联合黛力新治疗缺血性卒中后抑郁疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Dingshen Jieyu Granules combined with Deanxit in the treatment of depression after ischemic stroke. Methods: Seventy cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Deanxit, and the study group were treated with Dingshen Jieyu Granules in addition. The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks. Results: After treatment, the Hamilton Depression Scale and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) scores in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Dingshen Jieyu Granules combined with Deanxit are effective in treating depression after ischemic stroke.
