补中益气丸联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗特发性耳鸣临床观察

目的:观察补中益气丸联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗特发性耳鸣的疗效。方法:53例随机分为两组,治疗组35例用补中益气丸联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,对照组18例单用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗。结果:治疗后两组THI评分分值均下降(P<0.01),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应轻微。结论:补中益气丸联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗特发性耳鸣能够有效缓解特发性耳鸣,且安全性良好。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Pills combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus. Methods: Fifty-three cases were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-five cases in the treatment group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Pills combined with flunarizine hydrochloride, while eighteen cases in the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride alone. Results: After treatment, the THI scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.01), and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The adverse reactions of the two groups were mild. Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Pills combined with flunarizine hydrochloride can effectively alleviate idiopathic tinnitus in the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus, with good safety.
