奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗胃炎并胃溃疡的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer

目的 观察胃炎并胃溃疡患者采用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗的效果。方法 78例胃炎并胃溃疡患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为实验组及对照组,每组39例。实验组采用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗,对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效,治疗安全性,临床症状改善时间,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根治率。结果 实验组总有效率94.87%高于对照组的76.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者的胃灼热感、嗳气、腹痛、反酸改善时间分别为(5.15±0.80)、(5.05±0.85)、(4.76±0.95)、(4.70±1.07)d,均短于对照组的(6.98±1.55)、(6.35±1.35)、(6.98±1.55)、(6.05±1.20)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的Hp根治率100.00%高于对照组的82.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在胃炎并胃溃疡治疗中采用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林的疗法可获得良好的效果,可促进患者康复,并且具有较高的安全性,建议推广。

Objective To observe the effect of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 78 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 39 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with omeprazole and amoxicillin,and the control group was treated with omeprazole.The clinical efficacy,treatment safety,improvement time of clinical symptoms,and eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.87%,which was higher than 76.92% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement times of heartburn,belching,abdominal pain and acid reflux in the experimental group were(5.15±0.80),(5.05±0.85),(4.76±0.95)and(4.70±1.07)d,respectively,which were shorter than(6.98±1.55),(6.35±1.35),(6.98±1.55)and(6.05±1.20)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate in the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than 82.05% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of omeprazole and amoxicillin has good effect and high safety on patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer,and it can promote the recovery of patients,which is recommended to be promoted.
