奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血患者的临床效果及安全性探讨

Clinical effect and safety of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage

目的 分析奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血患者的临床效果及安全性。方法 70例胃溃疡合并胃出血患者,随机分为对照组和联合用药组,每组35例。两组患者均给予辅助治疗及对症治疗,对照组患者接受奥美拉唑治疗,联合用药组患者采用奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗。比较两组胃出血消失时间、胃部疼痛不适消失时间、胃溃疡痊愈时间,治疗前后胃泌素、血红蛋白水平,临床疗效,不良反应发生情况。结果 联合用药组胃出血消失时间、胃部疼痛不适消失时间、胃溃疡痊愈的时间分别为(6.34±1.24)、(5.24±1.21)、(7.21±1.21)d,均短于对照组的(7.44±1.21)、(6.34±1.44)、(9.21±1.56)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胃泌素、血红蛋白水平均较治疗前改善,且联合用药组改善程度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组总有效率100.00%高于对照组的74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论 奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血患者的临床效果确切,且安全性高,可加速胃溃疡愈合,加速止血,维持血红蛋白稳定。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage.Methods A total of 70 patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage were randomly divided into the control group and the combined medication group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups underwent adjuvant therapy and symptomatic treatment.Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole,and patients in the combined medication group were treated with omeprazole and hydrotalcite.Both groups were compared in terms of disappearance time of gastric hemorrhage,disappearance of stomach pain and discomfort,healing time of gastric ulcer,gastrin and hemoglobin levels before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The disappearance time of gastric hemorrhage,disappearance time of stomach pain and discomfort,and recovery time of gastric ulcer in the combined medication group were(6.34±1.24),(5.24±1.21),(7.21±1.21)d,respectively,which were shorter than(7.44±1.21),(6.34±1.44),(9.21±1.56)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastrin and hemoglobin level in the two groups were imprebed compared with those before treatment in this group,amd the improvement in the combined medication group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 100.00%in the combined medication group was higher than 74.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Omeprazole in combination with hydrotalcite is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage,and it can accelerate the healing of gastric ulcer,accelerate hemostasis,and maintain hemoglobin stability.
