地佐辛与瑞芬太尼在经腹结肠癌根治手术中的麻醉镇痛效果对比

Comparison of the analgesic effect of dezocine and remifentanil on transabdominal radical resection of colon cancer

目的 探讨经腹结肠癌根治手术应用地佐辛、瑞芬太尼的麻醉镇痛效果。方法 80例经腹结肠癌根治手术患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用瑞芬太尼进行麻醉,观察组采用地佐辛进行麻醉。比较两组患者术后1、3、4 h的疼痛评分以及麻醉期间不良反应发生情况。结果 术后1、3、4 h,观察组患者疼痛评分分别为(1.52±0.56)、(1.59±0.58)、(2.24±0.48)分,均低于对照组的(3.98±0.98)、(5.23±1.35)、(5.84±1.46)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者麻醉期间不良反应发生率2.50%低于对照组的35.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经腹结肠癌根治手术中应用地佐辛麻醉,能够提高麻醉镇痛效果,兼顾麻醉期间的药物使用安全性,具有重要的推广与应用价值。

Objective To discuss the analgesic effect of dezocine and remifentanil on transabdominal radical resection of colon cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing transabdominal radical resection of colon cancer were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with remifentanil,and the observation group was anesthetized with dezocine.The pain scores at 1,3,and 4 h postoperatively and the occurrence of adverse reactions during anesthesia of the two groups were compared.Results At 1,3,and 4 h postoperatively,the pain scores of the observation group were(1.52±0.56),(1.59±0.58),and(2.24±0.48)points respectively,which were lower than(3.98±0.98)and(5.23±1.35),and(5.84±1.46)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during anesthesia 2.50% in the observation group was lower than 35.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dezocine anesthesia in transabdominal radical resection of colon cancer can improve the effect of analgesia and the safety of drugs during anesthesia,which has important value of promotion and application.
