碳酸锂联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的临床疗效和安全性观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy and safety of lithium carbonate combined with quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder

目的 分析对双相情感障碍患者采用碳酸锂联合喹硫平治疗的效果。方法 90例双相情感障碍患者,按照治疗方法不同分为研究组与参照组,各45例。参照组单独给予碳酸锂治疗,研究组在参照组的基础上联合喹硫平治疗。对比两组疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的精神状态评分。结果 研究组总有效率91.11%高于参照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于参照组的24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组阳性与阴性症状量表评分均有明显下降,且研究组的阳性与阴性症状量表评分(38.9±6.0)分低于参照组的(49.1±6.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对双相情感障碍患者采用碳酸锂联合喹硫平治疗的效果更为理想,可以有效改善患者的精神状态,避免患者出现药物不良反应,具有大力推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of lithium carbonate combined with quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 90 patients with bipolar disorder were divided into research group and reference group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with lithium carbonate alone,and the research group was treated with combined with quetiapine on the basis of the reference group.The efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and mental status scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 91.11%of the research group was higher than 71.11%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 6.67%,which was lower than 24.44%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive and negative symptom scale scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and the positive and negative symptom scale scores(38.9±6.0)points of the research group was lower than(49.1±6.2)points of the reference group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of lithium carbonate combined with quetiapine in patients with bipolar disorder is more ideal,which can effectively improve patients’mental status and avoid patients’adverse drug reactions,and has the value of vigorous promotion.
