中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果研究

Study on the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的 探究中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法 100例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及实验组,每组50例。对照组给予西医治疗,实验组给予中西医结合治疗。对比两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 实验组治疗总有效率为94.0%,显著高于对照组的78.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为10.0%,低于对照组的26.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性盆腔炎患者中给予中西医结合治疗,能够取得满意的疗效,可明显改善患者的各种症状,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.0%,which was significantly higher than 78.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10.0%,which was lower than 26.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can achieve satisfactory efficacy,significantly improve the symptoms of patients,which has high clinical application value.
