芪丹鼻敏汤对于常年性变应性鼻炎的效果

Effect of Qidan Bimin Decoction on perennial allergic rhinitis

目的 分析芪丹鼻敏汤治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的效果。方法 80例常年性变应性鼻炎患者,通过就诊先后顺序抽签分为普通组和研究组,每组40例。普通组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用芪丹鼻敏汤口服治疗。比较两组患者治疗后症状(鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕以及鼻塞)评分、临床疗效及中医证候积分。结果 研究组患者治疗后鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕以及鼻塞评分分别为(1.49±1.82)、(1.39±1.76)、(1.26±1.74)、(1.29±1.52)分,均低于普通组的(2.56±1.92)、(2.78±1.79)、(2.46±1.97)、(2.86±1.94)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于普通组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.8889,P=0.0029<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后面色苍白、恶风怕冷、自汗、气短懒言以及语气低怯中医证候积分分别为(0.42±0.21)、(0.32±0.09)、(0.64±0.38)、(0.42±0.29)、(0.36±0.12)分,均低于普通组的(1.02±0.97)、(0.99±0.86)、(1.23±1.03)、(1.12±0.98)、(1.34±0.87)分,差异均具有统计学意义(t=3.8235、4.9005、3.3989、4.3318、7.0574, P=0.0003、0.0000、0.0011、0.0000、0.0000<0.05)。结论 常年性变应性鼻炎患者经过芪丹鼻敏汤治疗后,有效改善了鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕以及鼻塞等症状,提高了临床疗效,同时改善了中医证候情况,建议将该方案推广于临床。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Qidan Bimin Decoction on perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were divided into the general group and the research group according to the order of visiting,with 40 cases in each group.The general group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the research group was treated with Qidan Bimin Decoction orally.Both groups were compared for symptoms(nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose and nasal congestion)score,clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and total scores of symptoms.Results After treatment,the nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,and nasal congestion scores in the research group were(1.49±1.82),(1.39±1.76),(1.26±1.74),and(1.29±1.52)points,respectively,which were lower than(2.56±1.92),(2.78±1.79),(2.46±1.97),and(2.86±1.94)points in the general group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was higher than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.8889,P=0.0029<0.05).After treatment,the pale complexion,coldness,self sweating,shortness of breath,lazy speech and low tone score of the research group were(0.42±0.21),(0.32±0.09),(0.64±0.38),(0.42±0.29)and(0.36±0.12)points,which were lower than(1.02±0.97),(0.99±0.86),(1.23±1.03),(1.12±0.98)and(1.34±0.87)points of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.8235,4.9005,3.3989,4.3318,7.0574;P=0.0003,0.0000,0.0011,0.0000,0.0000<0.05).Conclusion For patients with perennial allergic rhinitis,Qidan Bimin Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose and nasal congestion,clinical efficacy,and the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.It is recommended that the program should be popularized in clinical practice.
