超早期康复护理介入对高血压脑出血患者肢体运动功能及生活能力的影响

Effect of super-early rehabilitation nursing intervention on limb motor function and living ability of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的 探讨超早期康复护理介入对高血压脑出血患者肢体运动功能及生活能力的影响。方法 86例高血压脑出血患者,按照入院顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施超早期康复护理。比较两组护理效果、肢体运动功能评分及生活能力评分。结果 观察组护理总有效率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后1、3、6个月,观察组肢体运动功能评分分别为(34.08±1.94)、(37.15±1.63)、(39.87±2.06)分,高于对照组的(30.24±1.66)、(32.78±1.92)、(36.84±2.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后1、3、6个月,观察组生活能力评分分别为(58.57±6.87)、(62.43±7.81)、(66.89±11.06)分,高于对照组的(40.96±5.82)、(49.61±7.39)、(55.48±12.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高血压脑出血患者实施超早期康复护理可明显提高治疗效果,改善患者肢体运动功能以及生活能力。

Objective To discuss the effect of super-early rehabilitation nursing intervention on limb motor function and living ability of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 86 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received super-early rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect,limb motor function and living ability score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 81.40%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1,3,and 6 months after the nursing,the limb motor function scores of the observation group were(34.08±1.94),(37.15±1.63),and(39.87±2.06)points,which were higher than(30.24±1.66)and(32.78±1.92),and(36.84±2.59)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1,3,and 6 months after the nursing,the living ability scores of the observation group were(58.57±6.87),(62.43±7.81),and(66.89±11.06)points,which were higher than(40.96±5.82),(49.61±7.39),and(55.48±12.47)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of super-early rehabilitation nursing for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can obviously improve the therapeutic effect,limb motor function and living ability of patients.
