35岁以下不孕妇女非O血型与卵巢储备的相关分析

摘要 目的探讨35岁以下不孕妇女非O血型与卵巢储备之间的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月该中心行助孕的不孕妇女,根据人抗苗勒管激素值(AMH)和窦卵泡数(AFC)分为卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)组(AMH<1.1 ng/mL,AFC<6个)和非DOR组(AMH≥1.1 ng/mL,AFC≥6个),分析2组基本特征及非O血型分布情况。结果DOR组与非DOR组不孕妇女平均年龄、不孕年限、体重指数、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、FSH/LH值及雌二醇(E2)水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非O血型与DOR的发生具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论35岁以下不孕妇女AB血型和B血型与卵巢储备具有相关性,其中B型血患者更易发生DOR。 Objective To investigate the correlation between non-O blood type and ovarian reserve in infertile women under 35 years of age.Methods According to human anti-Müllerian tube hormone value anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and number of sinus follicle(AFC),infertile women in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into ovarian reserve function decline(DOR)group(AMH<1.1 ng/mL,AFC<6)and non-DOR group(AMH≥1.1 ng/mL,AFC≥6).The basic characteristics and distribution of non-O blood in two groups were analysed.Results DOR group compared with non DOR group,mean age,years of infertility,history of body mass index,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),FSH/LH ratio and estradiol(E2)levels were statistical significance(P<0.05).Non-O blood type was associated with DOR occurrence in infertile women(P<0.05).Conclusion The AB and B blood types of infertile women under 35 are correlated with ovarian reserve,patients with B blood are more likely to DOR.
