基于知识图谱的病案首页研究可视化分析

目的探究病案首页研究领域的现状、热点及时间分布、高产作者机构与合作情况,为相关研究发展提供理论依据。方法采用文献计量学和数据可视化分析方法,运用软件Citespace,对病案首页相关研究进行分析。结果病案首页研究较为关注病案管理、质量控制,近年来DRG、绩效评价、三级公立医院成为热点研究内容;作者研究团体之间合作力度不大,整体合作氛围欠缺,更多处于独立研究状态。结论病案首页研究愈发成熟,受到更多的关注和重视,构建行业内部统一的病案首页治理模式有待进一步研究。

Objective To analyze the research status and the hot fields, time distribution, high influence authors, institution and cooperation of medical record home, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the related research. Methods Bibliometrics, data visualization analysis methods and the software Citespace were used to analyze the relevant research on the first page of the medical record. Results Medical record homepage research focuses on medical record management and quality control. In recent years, DRG, performance evaluation, and three-level public hospitals have become hot research content. The cooperation between the authors’ research groups is not strong, and the overall cooperation atmosphere is more in a state of independent research. Conclusion The research on medical record home has become more mature and has received more attention. The establishment of a unified medical record homepage governance model within the industry needs further research.
