洁净手术室和新型普通手术室的建设和管理对比研究

Comparative study on construction and management of clean operating room and new ordinary operating room

目的对洁净手术室和新型普通手术室的建设和管理等方面进行对比研究。方法对某院洁净手术室和新型普通手术室二者并存运行状态下的建设、日常运行和维护保养管理成本、手术间空气静态菌落总数监测、Ⅰ类切口感染发生率,以及医护人员使用舒适度和满意度等方面的数据进行对比,综合比较两者的优点和存在的不足。结果洁净手术室独立净化空调系统相较于新型普通手术室空调通风系统的费用(即建设成本)更高一些,其单个手术间平均每小时实际总耗电量为普通新型手术室的2倍多,维护保养费用也稍高一些;在空气监测结果、Ⅰ类切口感染发生率,以及医护人员使用舒适度和满意度方面则与新型普通手术室无明显差异。结论各级各类医疗卫生机构在新建手术部时,建议根据开展手术的类型和实际需求,以及《综合医院建筑设计规范》中对手术部建设的要求,合理选择洁净手术室和新型普通手术室的建设比例。

Objective To compare the study on aspects such as the construction and management of clean operating rooms and new general operating rooms. Methods Compared the data of the construction, daily operation and maintenance management costs, monitoring of the total number of airborne static colonies in the operating room, incidence of class I incision infection, and the use comfort and satisfaction of medical and nursing staff in the coexisting operating state of clean operating room and new ordinary operating room in our hospital, and comprehensively compare their advantages and disadvantages. Results Free standing purified air conditioning systems in clean operating rooms compared favorably to the cost of the new general operating room air conditioning ventilation system(construction costs) Even more, its average actual total charge consumption per hour in a single operation room was more than 2 times that of an ordinary new type of operating room, and the maintenance expenses were also slightly higher, which were not significantly different from the new type of general operating room in terms of air monitoring results, the incidence of class I incision infection, and the comfort and satisfaction of medical and nursing staff use. Conclusion When constructing surgical departments at all levels, it is recommended that the proportions of clean surgical rooms and new types of general surgical rooms be rationally selected based on the type and actual need to carry out the operation, as well as the requirements in the general hospital building design codes for the construction of surgical departments.
