目的通过分析主要业务指标受影响程度,探讨在疫情防控常态化下医院业务增长的应对策略。方法对比分析2019年及2020年第一、二、三季度门急诊人次、住院人次、手术人次、床位周转次数、床位使用率等主要医疗业务运行指标,分析疫情对医院的影响程度。结果新冠肺炎疫情导致医院门急诊人次、住院人次、手术量等指标受到较大的影响,进而使得医院经济运营和可持续发展面临重大挑战。结论随着疫情防控常态化,医院面临着兼顾院感防控和日常诊疗的双重压力,必将对医院运营产生持续而深远的影响,倒逼医院改变管理及运营模式,在常态化疫情防控下不断提高医院主要业务指标,从而带动经济运行指标的快速恢复,缓解医院的经济运行压力。

Objective By analyzing the degree of impact on the main business indicators, to explore the coping strategies for hospital business growth under the normal epidemic prevention and control. Methods Major operational indicators of medical services, such as outpatient and emergency visits, inpatients, surgical visits, bed turnover, bed utilization rate, etc. in the first, second, and third quarters of 2019 and 2020, were compared and analyzed to analyze the impact of the epidemic on hospitals. Results COVID-19 has greatly affected the number of outpatient and emergency visits, inpatients, surgeries and other indicators in hospitals, thus making the economic operation and sustainable development of hospitals face major challenges. Conclusion As epidemic prevention and control becomes more routine, the hospital is facing the double pressure of both hospital infection prevention and control and daily diagnosis and treatment, will be sustained and far-reaching influence on hospital operation, force the hospital to change its management and operation mode and continuously improve its main business indicators under the normal epidemic prevention and control, so as to promote the rapid recovery of economic indicators and relieve the pressure on the hospital’s economic operation.
