2020年聊城市东昌府区中小学生健康体检结果分析

Analysis of health examination results of primary and middle school students in dongchangfu district of liaocheng in 2020

目的了解聊城市东昌府区中小学生健康状况,为学校卫生工作的开展和改善中小学生的身体素质提供参考依据。方法收集2020年聊城市东昌府区中小学生体检资料,对中小学生常见病检出情况及生长发育情况进行统计分析。结果 2020年聊城市东昌府区在校中小学生共体检159 450人,体检率为98.70%,中小学生常见病检出率排在前四位的依次是视力不良(47.29%)、肥胖(24.14%)、龋齿(19.86%)、超重(19.17%)。初中生的视力不良检出率高于小学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),龋齿检出率低于小学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男女生不同性别常见病检出率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论东昌府区中小学生视力不良、龋齿、超重、肥胖等健康问题不容忽视,应根据年龄开展差异性综合干预措施,学生常见病防治工作可探索移到学龄前。

Objective To understand the health status of primary and middle school students in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng, and to provide reference for the development of school health work and the improvement of the physical quality of primary and middle school students. Methods The physical examination data of primary and middle school students in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City in 2020 were collected, and the common disease detection and growth of primary and middle school students were statistically analyzed. Results In 2020, a total of 159 450 primary and middle school students in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng were examined, covered 98.70% of all students. The four most common diseases were poor vision(47.29%), obesity(24.14%), dental caries(19.86%) and overweight(19.17%). The detection rate of poor vision in junior high school students was higher than that in primary school students, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The detection rate of dental caries was lower than that in primary school students, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the detection rate of common diseases among different genders(P>0.05). Conclusion Poor vision, dental caries, overweight, obesity and other health problems of primary and middle school students in Dongchangfu district should not be ignored. Comprehensive intervention measures should be carried out according to age, and the prevention and treatment of common diseases of students can be explored and moved to preschool age.
