PBL教学模式在胃癌免疫治疗临床教学中的应用

Application of PBL teaching model in clinical teaching of immunotherapy for gastric cancer

目的探讨胃癌免疫治疗中采取PBL教学方式在肿瘤科规培医生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月—2021年5月在肿瘤科轮转的47名规培学员作为研究对象,分成观察组(n=24)和对照组(n=23),观察组采用PBL教学模式,对照组采用LBL传统教学法。比较两组对胃癌免疫治疗理论与实践知识的掌握和对教学模式的满意程度。结果观察组对胃癌免疫治疗相关进展的文献阅读和临床实践能力均要明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对于教学模式的满意度评分更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌免疫药物治疗教学中采用PBL教学模式有利于促进医学生激发学习兴趣和掌握临床实践与理论知识。

Objective Discuss the application effect of PBL teaching method in tumor gastric cancer immunotherapy in the clinical teaching of oncology doctors. Methods A total of 47 regular training trainees in the oncology department from August 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into an observation group(n=24) and a control group(n=23). The observation group adopts the PBL teaching model and the control group. The traditional teaching method of LBL is adopted. Compare the two groups of trainees’ masteries of the theory and practical knowledge of gastric cancer immunotherapy and their satisfaction with the teaching mode. Results Observation group training students’ literature reading and clinical practice ability on gastric cancer immunotherapy-related progress were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);PBL teaching group students had higher scores of satisfactions with the teaching mode. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching mode in the teaching of immunodrug therapy for gastric cancer is beneficial to stimulate the learning interest of medical students and to master clinical practice and theoretical knowledge.
