中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on ulcerative colitis

目的观察中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取威海市中心医院2018年6月—2020年6月消化科门诊和中医科门诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者107例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组53例,对照组54例,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药治疗。4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果治疗2个疗程后,观察组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率为77.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on ulcerative colitis.Method 107 patients who were diagnosed as ulcerative colitis were selected from Gastroenterology Department and Traditional Chinese Medicine Department from June 2018 to June 2020.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=54)by random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine in addition to western medicine.One course of treatment lasted for 4 weeks,and the efficacy of each group was evaluated after 2 courses.Result After 2 courses of treatment,34 cases in the observation group were remission,15 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 92.5%(49/53).In the control group,24 cases were remission,18 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 77.7%(42/54).The effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with simple western medicine,the treatment of ulcerative colitis with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is more effective.
