氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死患者的效果及安全性

Efficacy and safety of Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:观察氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死患者的效果及安全性。方法:选取111例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=54)和观察组(n=57)。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良心脑血管事件发生率和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的81.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良心脑血管事件发生率为7.02%,低于对照组的20.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良发应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低不良心脑血管事件发生率,效果优于单纯阿司匹林治疗,且安全性良好。

Objective:To observe efficacy and safety of Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:111 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=54)and observation group(n=57)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Aspirin,while the observation group was treated with Clopidogrel on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 81.48%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the observation group was 7.02%,which was lower than 20.37%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin in the treatment of the patients with acute myocardial infarction can increase the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.Moreover,it is superior to single Aspirin alone with good safety.
