摘要
目的:观察无水乙醇注射联合高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫腺肌病患者的效果。方法:选取104例子宫腺肌病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各52例。对照组采用HIFU治疗,研究组采用无水乙醇注射联合HIFU治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后病灶体积、子宫体积和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.23%,明显高于对照组的78.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组病灶体积和子宫体积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无水乙醇注射联合HIFU治疗子宫腺肌病患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩小病灶体积和子宫体积,其效果优于单纯HIFU治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of absolute ethanol injection combined with high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)in treatment of patients with adenomyosis.Methods:104 patients with adenomyosis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with HIFU,while the study group was treated with absolute ethanol injection combined with HIFU.The treatment effective rate,the lesion volumes before and after the treatment,the uterine volume and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.23%,which was significantly higher than 78.84%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the lesion volume and the uterine volume in the study group were smaller than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Absolute ethanol injection combined with HIFU in the treatment of the patients with adenomyosis can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the volume of the lesion volume and the uterine volume.Moreover,it is superior to single HIFU treatment.
